Blues continue hot form

An unrelenting Carlton has kept its top-four hopes alive with an emphatic 54-point victory over Port Adelaide at AAMI Stadium on Sunday.
The Blues were challenged in the third quarter and led by just seven points at the final change.
But the visitors, led by a pumped-up Brendan Fevola, came storming home with a 56-9 fourth stanza to win 18.13 (121) to 9.13 (67).
Fevola kicked six majors, including three in the final term, to be influential while the hard running and clean disposal from players like Bryce Gibbs, Marc Murphy, Heath Scotland and Chris Judd split the game apart when the game was up for grabs.
The impressive victory sees the Blues move into fifth position on the ladder.
The Western Bulldogs are a game clear in fourth place but they face Geelong and Collingwood in their final two games while the Blues have Melbourne and Adelaide to contend with in the next fortnight.
Port Adelaide showed fight at times but its usual problem, a lack of intensity in big patches, saw the opposition score quickly at times.
It'll be out of the top eight if the Essendon beats St Kilda.
Justin Westhoff kicked a goal after one minute of play in the first quarter and it set the tone for a workmanlike stanza.
The Power were tackling hard, winning plenty of the ball and were entering their attacking 50 regularly.
And when a poor kick-out from Carlton resulted in a Warren Tredrea major the home side had a handy buffer.
Judd pegged one back for the Blues and it sparked a revival by the visitors who got their running game going and trailed by eight points at the first change.
Carlton posted the opening two goals of the second quarter with Murphy's opportunist major from 30 metres giving them the lead for the first time.
It sparked a dominant term by the Blues who were winning the clearances and regularly sent the ball deep into attack (they doubled Port's inside-50s 18-9 for the term).
The Power struggled to get their hands on the footy and when they did they made some costly turnovers when they were on the rebound.
Their last clanger saw the ball pumped back into Carlton's attack where an unattended Fevola goaled to help his side take a 25-point advantage at the long break.
Port looked a different team in the third quarter and whittled away at Cartlon's advantage with goals to Robbie Gray and Dean Brogan.
The Power started to go direct with the Burgoyne brothers having an influence and Tredrea led strongly.
Tredrea kicked his second major from long range and with only seconds left on the clock Gray read an over-the-back tap from Brendon Lade to snap his second and reduce the margin to seven points at the final change.
Fevola kicked the first major of the fourth quarter but only after stirring up the AAMI Stadium crowd.
After taking a contested mark he played on and cannoned the ball into the goal post. But the umpire gave him another kick and when he steered it through he shared his celebrations with the supporters in the outer.
His second goal for the term was more convincing with the big full forward taking a pack mark and converting from 40 metres.
It was all Carlton from that point with a Murphy screamer over Chad Cornes, followed by a goal from close range, sparking a one-way conclusion to the contest.
